The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,825.04, which represents the amount of rent owing and compensation up to April 30, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord the filing fee of $186.00. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 30, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe 2% annual interest on the outstanding balance.
