What happened

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $5,981.37, which represents the amount of rent owing up to August 4, 2020, and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by March 6, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest calculated at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
