What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to wilful damage to the rental unit, serious impairment of safety, and use of the unit inconsistent with residential premises.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 4, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $12,766.83 for the cost of repairs and $201 for the application fee. If the Tenants do not vacate by January 4, 2022, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
