What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord presented a payment plan that the Tenant and Landlord had agreed to, but the Tenant did not attend the hearing to consent to the plan.
The ruling
The Landlord's application for eviction of the Tenant is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays the outstanding $3,464.43 in arrears through a 12-month payment plan, and continues to pay the monthly rent in full. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
