What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant committing an illegal act and seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 5, 2019. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by March 5, 2019 and pay the Landlord $190 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not vacate by March 5, 2019, they will owe the Landlord per diem compensation of $54.55 per day until they move out, and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
