What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, which the Tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The Tenants were not present at the hearing.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying the specified amounts. If not paid, the Tenants must move out by February 7, 2023. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $57.36 per day for compensation from January 19, 2023, until the Tenants move out. The eviction order expires on August 8, 2023, if not filed with the Sheriff.
