What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $12,071.91 by November 19, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay this amount, the tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must pay $7,029.74 to the Landlord, plus daily compensation of $78.32 from October 26, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
