What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective April 9, 2021 unless the Tenant pays $1,634.34 by March 31, 2021 or $3,042.23 by April 9, 2021 to void the order. If the Tenant does not make full payment by the deadlines, the Landlord may file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
