The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 18, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $13,715.93 less any payments made after November 4, 2022, and $79.57 per day for use of the unit starting February 8, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the full amount is not paid by February 18, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
