What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $5,335.67 on or before October 31, 2022 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay this amount, the Tenant must move out by November 5, 2022 and pay the Landlord $35.20 plus daily compensation of $59.71 per day from August 31, 2022 until the move-out date.
