What happened

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,990.69, which includes rent arrears up to March 31, 2022, and the cost of the application, minus the rent deposit and interest owing. If not paid by September 13, 2022, interest will be charged at 3.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
