What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 28, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before November 28, 2021. The Tenant can void the eviction order by paying $1,731.39 to the Landlord or the Board on or before November 28, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by November 28, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
