What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $12,872.63 by November 12, 2022. If not voided, Tenants must move out by November 12, 2022, and pay $9,715.74 plus $46.16 per day from October 25, 2022, until they move out. The Sheriff may enforce the eviction from November 13, 2022.
