What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on January 30, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $2,465.81 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay the required amount, the Tenant must move out by January 30, 2023 and pay the Landlord $355.34 plus $47.04 per day in compensation for use of the unit after January 16, 2023.
