What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2022 unless the tenants pay $14,383.05 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the tenancy is terminated, the tenants must pay $10,750.88 to the landlord, which includes rent arrears and application filing fees, minus the rent deposit and interest.
