What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the previous consent order. The Tenants failed to pay the full rent for November 2021 by the due date.

The ruling

The previous consent order CEL-97147-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the unit by December 21, 2021. The Tenants owe the Landlord $2,054.03, which includes rent arrears up to November 30, 2021 and costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by December 21, 2021, they will owe interest starting December 22, 2021.
