The ruling

The previous order TSL-19393-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by June 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,822.67 plus $71.10 per day starting June 17, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 27, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
