The ruling

The Landlord is authorized to offset $54.71 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting July 22, 2021 to the date the Tenants move out of the unit, and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants wish to void this order and continue the tenancy, the Tenants must pay $1,849.98 on or before July 31, 2021, or $3,513.96 on or before August 1, 2021.
