What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 15, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying $4,896.00 on or before that date. Tenants must pay $2,423.78 plus $51.62 per day starting January 5, 2022, for rent arrears and compensation. If full payment is not made by January 15, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
