The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 20, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $13,256.16 plus $72.74 per day starting February 10, 2023 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by February 20, 2023, the Tenants will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
