The ruling
The previous order CEL-98540-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by August 24, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,849.83, plus $65.75 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting August 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 24, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
