What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 1, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. The Tenant must pay $1,570.82 plus $45.29 per day from January 8, 2022, until move-out, and $186.00 for application filing costs. The Tenant has until February 1, 2022, to pay $5,556.50 to void the eviction order and continue the tenancy.
