What happened

The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $4,650.26 in rent arrears up to January 20, 2021, and $186 in filing costs. If the full amount is not paid by May 17, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
