What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The Tenants vacated the rental unit on April 26, 2020, prior to the hearing date.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $2,435.00 in rent arrears and $190.00 for the application filing fee. If the full amount is not paid by January 17, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
