What happened

The tenants must pay the landlord $9,990.11, which includes rent arrears up to June 30, 2021 and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. The tenants can void the eviction order by paying $12,383.45 on or before June 30, 2021, or $14,529.65 on or before July 11, 2021.
