What happened
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants due to their failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 5, 2021. The tenants must pay the landlord $21,860.36, which includes rent arrears, costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the tenants do not pay by September 5, 2021, they will owe interest and the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
