The tenancy was terminated effective July 12, 2020, the date the Tenants moved out of the rental unit. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $1,565.76 in holdover compensation for the use of the unit from June 1, 2020 to July 12, 2020, and $175.00 for the cost of filing the application.
