The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $1,190.45 by January 29, 2023. If not paid, the Tenant must move out by January 29, 2023. The Landlord owes the Tenant $507.11 after deducting arrears from the rent deposit and interest, but can deduct $37.55 per day for use of the unit from January 17, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
