What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order by the Board on September 16, 2022 with respect to application LTB-L-010220-22.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by February 24, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $397.40 for rent arrears and $28.28 per day for compensation for use of the unit from February 1, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 24, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
