What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $17,794.00 by November 30, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by November 30, 2022, and pay $15,732.25 plus $57.53 per day from October 26, 2022, until move-out. The eviction can be enforced by the Sheriff starting December 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
