What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant testified that funds are now available and employment secured to pay the rent in full and on time going forward.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the lawful rent in full and on time for each consecutive month commencing February 2022 and continuing through January 2023. If the Tenant fails to make the payments as ordered, the entire balance will become due and the Landlord can apply to terminate the tenancy.
