What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The Landlord testified that he and the Tenant signed an agreement to terminate the tenancy on November 15, 2021, but the Tenant did not move out.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by March 8, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $201 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay by March 8, 2022, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
