What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant has paid the rent arrears and a portion of the Landlord's filing fee.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $160.43, which represents the balance of the Landlord's filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owing by July 4, 2021, he will owe simple interest calculated from July 5, 2021 at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
