What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to allegations that the Tenant was operating a brothel in the rental unit, substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the landlord and other tenants, and committing illegal acts.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 27, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $2,480.73, plus $59.67 per day from September 21, 2021 until the Tenant moves out, and the $186 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 27, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
