What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant has been late in paying rent 8 times in the last 12 months.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the lawful monthly rent in full on the first of each month for the next 12 consecutive months. If the Tenant fails to make any of these payments, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
