What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $554.54, which includes rent arrears up to February 8, 2021 less the rent deposit and interest, plus $186 for the application filing fee and $35.61 per day in compensation starting February 9, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant pays the full amount of $2,559.72 on or before February 19, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
