What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 1, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,839.65, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and the application fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 1, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest starting October 2, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by October 1, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
