What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because they failed to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order. The ruling

Tenants must vacate the unit by this date, or the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 11, 2023. Tenants have until February 9, 2023, to file a motion to set aside the order.
