What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (CEL-97260-20) issued on July 12, 2021. The Tenants failed to pay the lawful monthly rent in full by February 1, 2022, as required by the previous order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 6, 2022. Tenants must pay $883.32 plus $48.62 per day starting February 24, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If not paid by March 6, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 7, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
