What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2023. The Tenant must pay $6,429.23 to the Landlord, representing rent arrears up to February 8, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest. Additionally, the Tenant must pay $27.20 per day from February 9, 2023, until vacating the unit. If the Tenant does not vacate by February 19, 2023, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 20, 2023.
