Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on February 12, 2021 with respect to application TNL-27752-20. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order issued on March 5, 2021, but did not attend the hearing on June 23, 2021.

The motion to set aside Order TNL-31049-21, issued on March 5, 2021, is denied. The stay of order TNL-31049-21 is lifted immediately.
