What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of Tenants due to the Tenants transferring occupancy of the rental unit to an Unauthorized Occupant in a manner not authorized by the Residential Tenancies Act.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of June 2, 2021. The Unauthorized Occupant shall move out of the rental unit on or before June 9, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by June 9, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (the Sheriff) for enforcement.
