What happened

The ruling

If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by February 27, 2023, and pay the Landlord $12,887.89 plus $59.71 per day from January 31, 2023, until they move out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 28, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
