The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $8,585.36, which includes rent arrears up to July 22, 2022, application costs, and NSF charges, minus the rent deposit and interest owing. If not paid by October 9, 2022, interest will start accruing at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
