The ruling
The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $6,029.30, which includes rent arrears up to April 30, 2022, and the cost of the application, minus the rent deposit and interest owing. If not paid by October 9, 2022, interest will start accruing at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
