Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant gave a notice to terminate the tenancy.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by November 7, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $201 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay by November 6, 2021, they will owe interest starting November 7, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by November 7, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
