What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The previous order SOL-18543-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by August 24, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,505.31, plus $35.73 per day from August 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 24, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
