The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 27, 2021. The Tenant owes no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the amount the Landlord is entitled to. The Landlord can offset $32.80 per day for the Tenant's continued occupation starting April 17, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
