What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous consent order. Tenants breached the order by making inappropriate gestures and using offensive language towards Landlord's employees.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 1, 2022. Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. The previous consent order is cancelled. Tenants owe $431.66 for damages associated with security cameras, due by January 31, 2022. A credit of $534.32 is owed to the Tenants, which will be offset by daily compensation of $18.04 per day starting January 22, 2022, until they vacate or are evicted.
