The tenancy is terminated effective August 18, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,859.55 plus $59.37 per day starting August 8, 2020 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 18, 2020, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
